She was predeceased by: her parents, Weyman Willoughby and Shirley Stewart; and her sister Jeanette McKenzie. She is survived by: her children, Mandy Willoughby, Brittany Maxey (Brandon) and Bobby Heusser; her grandchildren, Lilliana Clark, Weyman Stephens, Addie Mae Maxey, Elliott Maxey, Austin Willoughby, Brady Heusser and Remington Willoughby; her great grandchildren, Leilani Clark and Brandon Heath, Jr.; and her siblings, Candace Thomas, Marsha Stewart (Julie Hales) and Drew Stewart (Morgan). She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the A. E. Carter Funeral Home (1670 Atlanta Hwy, Madison, GA 30650). A graveside service was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Madison Historic Cemetery (1391 Keencheefoonee Rd, Rutledge, GA 30663).
