He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy James Elliott and Adell Rose Parr Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Waldroup Elliott; and his children, Connie (Steve Wells), Randy (Tammy Elliott Sr.), Rachel (Mark Henson) and Rebekah (Michael Ridgeway). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
