It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Turner of Madison, Georgia, who passed away on September 24, 2025, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Doris Guinn Jennings; his grandparents, Otis Oscar Turner, Gladys Josephine Owenby Turner, JD Guinn and Mary Moon Guinn; and his sister Mary Josephine Hamilton.
He is survived by: his father George Lester Turner (Doris Jennings); his children, Ethan Jay Turner, Destin (Shianne Lynn Horton), Claudio (Leslie Benedi) and Sarah Turner; his grandchildren, Enzo Claudio Benedi, Olivia Mae Turner and Paisley Denise Turner; his siblings, Daniel Turner and Lynn Reid (Melvin); his brother-in-law Jeff Hamilton; and his nephews, Michael, Lindsey Hamilton, Tanner, Chassity, Alli, Titus Hamilton, Chase, Chance, Quan and Quentin Reid.
