Lamar Franklin Bryans Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lamar Franklin Bryans (Madison, Georgia), who passed away on July 1, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alford Rocele Bryans and Marguerite Elizabeth Bryans; and his siblings, Helen Thurmond (late W. J. Thurmond) and Charlie "Bud" Bryans (Jewell Bryans). He is survived by: his children, Charment Lea Bryans of Greshamville and Bill Bryans (Marie) of Madison; his granddaughter Camilla Bryans; and his siblings, Sandra Marchman (late Billy Wayne) of Siloam, Betty Baker (late Jim Baker) of Madison and Pat Tanner (Lynne) of Alma. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lamar's Residence (1517 Farmington Rd, Madison, GA 30650). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery.
