He is survived by: his parents, Chris Worthey and Ashley Worthey; his brother Easton Worthey; his grandparents, Randy, Becky Sewell, David and Sandy Worthey; his aunts and uncles, Jessica Sewell, Tim (Cathy Sewell), Tim Jr. (Aimee Sewell), Leah (Jarad Robinson) and Stacy (Kevin Kelley); his cousins, Dylan Robinson, Baylee, Harper Sewell and Kanaan Kelley; and his pet Evie Pearl.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Mason's honor to Morgan County Humane Society.
