It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Letha Barnes (Manchester, Georgia), who passed away on October 6, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her brother Robert Guss Steverson of LaGrange, GA.; her daughters, Wendy Barnes of Shiloh, GA. and Tessie Barnes of Woodland, GA.; her grandchildren, Soraya Chaney (Octavius Chaney) of Thomaston, GA. and Antwan Carter of Columbus, GA.; her great grandchildren, Zaria Gamble, Milaysia Copeland, Zy'Tavius Chaney, Ke'aire Williams and Jairus Harris; and her sisters-in-law, Hattie Pearl Barnes and Dorothy Willis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and family.
