She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Owsley; her parents, Andrew Albert and Mary Alice Kierbow; and her brother Eugene Kierbow. She is survived by: her daughter Andrea Price Clinkscales (Milton); her stepchildren, Sheila Hale (Barry), Michael Price (Karen) and John Price; her nieces, Kimberly Kierbow and Lisa Matthews (Bruce); her grandsons, Eric Mosley (Emily) and Caleb Mosley (Crystal); and her great grandchildren, Jonathan, Lydia, Genevieve, Athena, Kaylee, Leah, Hannah and Nora.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cox Funeral Home (93 Prather Barnes Rd, Manchester, GA 31816). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at the Meriwether Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Hospital in her name.
