He was predeceased by : his parents, William "Bill" Esterline and Joan DeMoore; his siblings, Mark Esterline and Allison Esterline; and his nephew Daniel Castaneda.
He is survived by : his wife Dawn Thiebault; his children, Andrea (DaLan "Tu" Johnson), Hayley (Caleb Martin), Cecilia Esterline and Samuel Esterline; his grandsons, Landon, Lincoln Johnson, Ethan and Brayden Martin; his siblings, Jennifer Branning, Heather Esterline, Dirk Esterline, Peter Esterline and Joe Esterline; his aunt Christina "Tina" DeMoore; his cousin Matt Esterline; and his stepmother Patricia "Pat" Esterline.
