It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan L. McCumber of Marietta, Georgia, who passed away on March 11, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Lucile McCumber, and Ralph R. McCumber, Sr.. He is survived by : his daughters, Stephanie Clark (Matt) and Allison Stapleton (Scott); his brothers, Ralph R. McCumber, Jr. and Jerry D. McCumber (Cathy); his grandchildren, Alec, Taylor, Luke, Margeaux, Levi, Jack, Jennifer and Kennedy; his nephews, Eric Jensen and Ben McCumber; and his niece Mary Melson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Georgia Baptist Children's Home, an organization Alan cared strongly for.
