He was predeceased by: his parents, Marsha Shelley Matthews and Kenneth Ray Matthews. He is survived by: his wife Susan Matthews; his children, Austin Matthews, Taylor Foley and Adam Mathews; and his siblings, Mike Matthews, Carol Matthews and Tom Matthews.
