He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cogbill and Mildred Baxter; and his brother Ricky Cogbill. He is survived by: his wife Charlyn Cogbill; his children, Joshua Cogbill, Danielle Cogbill, Nathan Cogbill (Cassie), Adam Cogbill (Melynn), Matthew Cogbill (Leslie) and Brittany Naumann (Drew); and his sisters, Lisa Wood and Becky Cogbill. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (3155 Trickum Rd, Marietta, GA 30066).
