He is survived by: his significant other Debbie McKinley; his cousin Jay Richard Jackson (Karen) of Kansas City; his brother-in-law William Mauerman; his nieces, Mindy Sabol (Shaun), Marcy Mahone (Ty) and Maria V. Perry of Columbus, Ohio.; his nephew Tom McClain (Becky); and his brother-in-law William McKinley (Celeste).
