She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Carroll (Travis Lau) of Hiawassee; her granddaughter Taylor Nicole Nelson (Caleb) of Jacksonville, NC; her great grandchild Grayson James Nelson; her brother-in-law John Knight of Demorest; her nephews, Marty Knight and Scott Knight; and her great-nephew Jonathan Knight.
