We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2021, at the age of 72, Donald Lamar Smith of Marietta, Georgia, born in Greenwood, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Grady Lamar and Meredith Christine Smith; his wife Betty Smith; his sons, Brian Paul Smith and David Matthew Smith (Amanda); his grandchildren, John Paul Smith and Taylor Wren Smith; and his sisters, Julie Kelsey, Mary Staton (Mike), Sherry Staton (Randy) and Sandy Kelly (Phil). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
