She was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Coy Winslow Parks and Ruby Cantrell Parks; husband: Culver Johnson; daughter: Angela Davenport; son: Alan (Kendra) Davenport; daughters: Anna Alford and Chris (Rusty) Watkins; grandchildren: Kaylee (Andrew) McClure, Kacey (Caleb) Marick, Wesley (Samantha) Silvers, Thomas Silvers, and Vivian Brauner; sister: Linda (Gary) Beaver; and ten great-grandchildren; other: Rev. Steve Jones, Barry Mason, and Kevin Beaver.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Bernhardt Funeral Home (163 River St, Ellijay, GA 30540). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association in memory of Mrs. Dorothy "Dot" Johnson.
