J.); his daughter-in-law Kristen; his daughter Stephanie Bristol; his son-in-law Matt; his siblings, Laurie Robison, Kathy Akers and Tab Williams; and his grandchildren, Hunter, Chase, Macie Bristol, Cole, Lexi Williams, Devin Debenport, Zain Armond, Christopher Godfrey and Katie Bentley.
