He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Mathieu and Erma Mathieu; and his sister Anita Schoener. He is survived by: his wife Patti Mathieu; his daughters, Laura, Lisa and Leslie; his grandchildren, Sylvie, Annabelle, Avery-Claire, Jean-Marc, William, Patricia-Rose, Julien, Jude and Trevor; and his sisters, Dorothy Hammond and Elaine Passarello.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Peter Chanel Catholic Church (1795 Johnson Ferry Rd, Marietta, GA 30062).
