He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wheeler and Mary Ella Pinkard Wheeler; and his brother Howard Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Harrell Wheeler; his children, Toni Brewton (David) of Marietta, Kathy Tinch of Resaca, GA, Tracey Wood of Marietta and Ted Wheeler (Kim) of Acworth, GA; and his brothers, Wayne Wheeler of Rockmart and Bill Wheeler of Rockmart. He is also survived by Eleven grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
