With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jerry Cunningham of Marietta, Georgia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Jerry left this world on July 6, 2025 at the age of 64, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid adieu to Jerry's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Jerry has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He is survived by: his parents, Richard Cunningham and Virginia "Jennie" Cunningham; his brother Rev. Andrew Cunningham (Marlene) of Pine Mountain, GA; and his sibling's children, Jessica Woodard, Rebecca Gilley (Payton), Rachael Perdue (Hunter), Andrew Cunningham (Anastasiia) and Aalyah Gremillion. He is also survived by 5 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendar West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory (2480 Macland Rd, Marietta, GA 30064). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Pine Mountain.
