With sadness, we share the passing of Joyce McClendon Robertson in Marietta, Georgia. Joyce, born on February 12, 1933, passed away on October 15, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth McClendon and Roy McClendon; her husband Robbie; her son Kevin; and her brother Roy W. McClendon, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Worley (Ben) and Amanda Nicholls (Kenny); her stepdaughter Vicki Haslip (Rick); her grandchildren, Lauren Saran (Parnsa), Benjamin Worley (Sara), Pierce Worley, Sarah Ruth Nicholls, Katie Nicholls and Mary Kathryn Caver (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Sila Saran, Trey, Carter Jane, Tatum Worley, Rory and Ellie Houser. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Marietta First United Methodist Church (56 Whitlock Ave NW, Marietta, GA 30064). A reception will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:35 PM at the First United Methodist Church of Marietta (56 Whitlock Ave SW, Marietta, GA 30064).
