He is survived by: his mother Maggie Milliner; his siblings, David Milliner Jr., Angela Robbins (Roosevelt) and Kimberly Milliner; his sister-in-law Tasha Milliner; his nieces, Brianna Milliner, Daesha Robbins and Amaya Robbins; and his nephew Tony Arnez Kelly III. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Legacy Chapel (8968 Fayetteville Rd, Jonesboro, GA 30238). Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Legacy Funeral Home (8968 Fayetteville Rd, Jonesboro, GA 30238). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
