She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Richard and Lottie Richard; her daughter Allison Elaine Hice; and her siblings, Louise Butler and Kenneth Richard.
She is survived by: her husband Gene Hice; her sons, Barry Eugene Hice (Dianne) of Austell, GA and Byron Scott Hice (Jana) of Marietta, GA; her brothers, Douglas Richard of Powder Springs, GA and Danny Richard (Teresa) of Dallas, GA; her sister-in-law Beverly Richard of Powder Springs, GA; her grandchildren, Jordan Barner (Scott) and Logan Hice (Lauren); and her great grandchildren, Cheyanne, Hannah, Laney and Allison Jean.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Macland Baptist Church (3732 Macland Rd, Powder Springs, GA 30127).
