He is survived by: his daughter Tara Chambers Guinn (Bruce) of Roswell, GA; his grandchildren, Ayden Guinn and Ansley; his sister-in-law Nancy Chambers of Brookhaven, GA; and his nieces, Tobi Chambers of Brookhaven, GA and Lori Chambers Parkman (Brian) of Riverdale, GA..
