She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Roy; her son John Roy; her parents, George Hooker and Effie Black Hooker; and her brother Ed Hooker.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Carlock (Lauren), Gary Carlock (Danielle) and Wayne Roy; her brother Gene Hooker (Bessie); her grandchildren, Adam Carlock (Tori), Patrick Roy (Reginia) and Reanna Roy; and her great grandchildren, William Roy, Ariah Roy and Joseph Roy.
