Though Mary Elizabeth may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Mary Elizabeth leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Garner Glenn Dean and James Thomas; and her siblings, Jack Herndon and Juanita Poe. She is survived by: her son Gary Dean; and her granddaughter Elizabeth Alderton (Raymond). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hurt Road Baptist Church (17 Hurt Rd SW, Smyrna, GA 30082). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
