He is survived by: his wife Annette Lannon Napier; his daughters, Michelle Garrett (Robert), Christina Dawn Morales (Hector), Elizabeth Wynn Napier and Richelle Kumiyama (Michael); his siblings, John Brutto, Ruth Napier and Rita Roman; and his grandchildren, Matthew Garrett, Benjamin Garrett, Katherine Garrett, William Garrett, Brooklyn Morales, Angel Morales, Ameera Youmessi, Juliana Moen and Victoria Moen. He is also survived by 4 daughters and 9 grandchildren.
