He was predeceased by: his parent Sammie Lee Hawkins, Sr.; his siblings, Rev. Sammie Lee Hawkins, Jr., Garret Hawkins, Barbara Jean Hawkins and Marilyn Hawkins; and his nephew Cedric Jamal Hawkins.
He is survived by: his sisters, Debra Craig (Michael) of Wrightsville, GA and Reneida Williams (Jason) of Forsyth, GA; his nieces and nephews, Nakia Evans (Patrick), Kevin Hawkins (Allie), Trevor Hawkins, Halel Williams, Valarie Searcy, Ebony Searcy and Faye Hawkins; his aunts and uncles, Doretha Brint, Dessie Wright of Wrightsville, GA, Eula Mae Hawkins of Dublin, GA and Richard Brint of Wrightsville, GA; and his goddaughter O'Sheta "Nikki" Harris (Shurling Drive Crew) of Fort Valley, GA. He is also survived by great nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
