It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Calloway of Marietta, Georgia, born in Pontotoc, Mississippi, who passed away on January 16, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Niles Calloway and Margaret Calloway; his wife Carolyn Gardner; and his siblings, Niles, Dexter Calloway, Shirley Calloway and Shelby Johnson.

He is survived by: his grandson Gunther Rankenburg; his daughters, Neida Rankenburg and Nancy Calloway; and his sister Clara Jaggers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
