Rosalind Brock Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosalind Brock of Marietta, Georgia, who passed away on September 3, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Rumsey and Kathleen Rumsey; and her sister Sandra Beckett. She is survived by: her husband C. W. "Brock" Brock of Marietta; her son Scott; her daughter-in-law Vanessa Brock of Amelia Island; her grandsons, Enzo and Eli; her caregivers, Leigh Ann and Gary Stephens; and her sibling's children, Todd, Kathy Beckett, Sharon, Stephen Wyatt, Steven, Christy Beckett and Amy Beckett.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Roper Funeral Home and Crematory (206 Holly St, Jasper, GA 30143). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Roper Funeral Home Chapel (206 Holly St, Jasper, GA 30143). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Georgia National Cemetery (1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA 30114).
The family will accept flowers or donations may be made in Rosie's honor to the Down Syndrome Association of Jacksonville or Ronald McDonald House.
