She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Franklin Henderson and Mildred Hollis Henderson; her significant other Jack Lee Dekalb Swygert; and her brother Harold Henderson. She is survived by: her siblings, David Henderson, Melvyn Henderson, Francina Clark and Laura Ann Moore; her children, Robert, Philip Spinks, James Lester Spinks and Jackie Giddens; her sons-in-law, Matthew Giddens (Janelle Bowen) and Brian Lee Bowen Sr.; and her grandchildren, Sharis Myers (Jesse Myers) and Lauren Mitchell.
