She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Jimmy" Henry Rogers and Geneva Rogers; her brother Mike Rogers; her husband Norman Butterworth; and her son Jon Butterworth.

She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Hayworth (Ray); her grandchildren, Tiffany Martin (Blake), Randa Conley (Chris), Travis Hayworth (Keaton) and Truitt Hayworth; her great grandchildren, Braylynn, Wyatt, Wylder, Brynlee Martin, Delanie Conley and Colter Hayworth; and her sister-in-law Lori Barrett (Ken).

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lakeside Funeral Home & Crematory (121 Claremore Dr, Woodstock, GA 30188).
