She was predeceased by: her former husband Billy James Rogers; her husband Frank Chartier; and her sister Carolyn Garrett. She is survived by: her children, James David Rogers (Caren) and Deborah Leanne Rogers; her stepson Roy Chartier (Jackie); her grandchildren, Jordan Rogers Thompson, Josiah Gregory Thompson and Ian Carter Jenkins; and her sister Dolores Burton.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mayes Ward Dobbins Funeral Home (180 Church St, Marietta, GA 30060). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mayes Ward-Dobbins Marietta Chapel (180 Church St, Marietta, GA 30060).
