With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Velika Daniel of Marietta, Georgia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Radovan Bekovich and Liberatina Coppola Bekovich; her sister Mary Krell; and her husband Howard Cecil Daniel. She is survived by: her brother Risto Bekovich; her stepdaughters, Teresa Daniel Fowler and Debby McKinney; and her nieces, Nadia Black and Rhonda Krell.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mayes Ward Dobbins Funeral Home (180 Church St, Marietta, GA 30060). A prayer was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (87 Lacy St NW, Marietta, GA 30060). A committal service was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery (1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
