She was predeceased by: her husbands, Ralph Coleman and James Ansley; and her brothers, Kenneth Cates and Walter Cates. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Carmichael and Dale Powell (Floyd); her grandchildren, Ryan Carmichael (Danielle), Ross Powell (Amber) and Abby Powell; and her great grandchildren, Emma Carmichael, Bodee Powell and Brittain Powell. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Riverview Memorial Park Cemetery (5411 S Cobb Dr, Smyrna, GA 30080).
