He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred B. Bartlett and Edna L. Bartlett; his former wife Kaaren Pitman Bartlett; his brother Thomas Randall Bartlett; and his sister-in-law Becky Ramsey Bartlett.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy R. Bartlett; his sons, Bruce W. Bartlett, Jr. (Abby) and Stephen W. Bartlett (Vicki); and his grandchildren, Alexandra Bartlett, Blake Bartlett and Brett Bartlett.
