He is survived by: his wife Carol Harbour; his children, Rhonda Calhoun (John), Misti Willingham (Bobbie) and Casey Hall (Christy); his grandchildren, Mark Calhoun (Kellie), Heather Chapman (David), Kylie Sisk (Josh), Macy Willingham and Chase Hall; his sister Lavonne Entsminger (Greg); and his nieces, Kristi and Tracy. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
