He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Kelly and Edna Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Gail Kelly; his children, Kathy Hall (Quinn), Keith and Zackary Kelly; his grandsons, Taylor Hall (Nicole), Davis Hall and Carter Hall; and his great grandchild Hudson Hall.

The family has requested in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Marietta First United Methodist Church in memory of Bill Kelly.
