He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Biggers and Laura Johnson Biggers; and his siblings, Robert Biggers, Bruce Biggers and Mary Stubbs.
He is survived by: his wife Terri; and his sibling's children, Sharon Ellis, Sheila Sosebee, Christy McCart, Stacey Land, Leslie Turk and Stan Stubbs.
