He is survived by: his wife Debra Baetz Driver of Martin; his daughters, Lynne Culpepper (Calvin) of Columbus and Kimberly Owensby (Jeremy) of Maysville; his brothers, Steve Arrowood of Rome, Joseph Cantrell of Columbus and Larry Jones of Carrolton; his grandchildren, Michael Owensby (Hannah), Austin Owensby (Kirsten) and Zoey Owensby; and his great grandchildren, Cayden, Braelynn, Remington, Langston, Kayson and Adeline.
