She was predeceased by: her parents, Lamar "Berry" Berryman and Margie McEver Berryman; her husband James M. Wood; and her son James L. "Jimmy" Wood. She is survived by: her children, Susan K. Gee of Carnesville, GA. and Bryan T. Wood (Trudy) of Comer, GA.; her sisters, Andrea Craft (Lewis) of Winder, GA and Charlene Wilkins of Hoschton, GA.; and her daughter-in-law Tammy Wood of Martin, GA.. She is also survived by Fourteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
