He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Clark Teate; his daughter Elaine Nichols (Clyde); his grandchildren, Stephen Nichols (Victoria) and Karen Price; his great grandchildren, Elyssa, Emma Price, Oliver and Logan Nichols; and his sister-in-law Diana Teate.
