It is with sadness that the passing of Bob Gardner of Martinez, Georgia is shared. Bob, born on September 4, 1930, passed away on September 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Gardner and Martha Gardner (Palmer); and his son Robert Gardner (Cathy). He is survived by: his wife Ellie Agee Gardner; his sons, Curt Gardner (Jeri) and Mark Gardner (Kirsten); his grandchildren, Matthew Gardner (Beth), Ashley Townsend (Brad), Brian Gardner (Mary), Beth Ensley (John), Olivia Gardner, Rebecca Sheldon (Chip) and Max Gardner; and his great grandchildren, Robbie, Caroline, Ben, Elijah, Samuel, Ellie, Isla, Henry, Joshua, Abigail, Miriam and Gwendolyn.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Christ the King Lutheran Church (4232 Evans to Locks Rd, Evans, GA 30809). A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Dan Baptist Chruch Cemetery (77 Baptist Church Ln, Meadows of Dan, VA 24120).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to Christ the King Lutheran Church, Evans, Georgia.
