She was predeceased by: her former husband Carl R. Jenkins; her husband Vernon Moore; her parents, Lillie Mae Hitt Fagan and Clarence Odell Fagan; her children, Elaine J. Jones, Carl Roger Jenkins, Jr. and David A. Jenkins; and her siblings, Jewel Johnson, Earl Fagan, Faye Worthy and Odell Fagan.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Jenkins (Mary) and Julie J. Thompson (Ty). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chance & Hydrick Funeral Directors (2502 Richmond Hill Rd, Augusta, GA 30906). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Chance and Hydrick Funeral Directors (2520 Richmond Hill Rd, Augusta, GA 30906).
