We announce the death of Samuel Ryan May of Martinez, Georgia, who passed away on September 26, 2026, at the age of 40. Samuel will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his brother Clinton May; and his grandfather Melvin Sam May, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Melvin Sam May, III and Leslie Mein May; his grandmother Carol (Bobby Gray); his stepgrandmother Glenda May; his grandmother Lynn Maughon; his family, Leslie, Steve and Katie Wright; and his pet Jed.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (3507 Wrightsboro Rd, Augusta, GA 30909). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the FairHaven Funeral Home (3507 Wrightsboro Rd, Augusta, GA 30909).
