He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin Wooddell and Mary Griggs Wooddell; his son Lloyd Franklin Wooddell; and his grandson Randall Scott Wooddell. He is survived by: his wife Tharp Wooddell of Maryland; and his children, Lavonna Wooddell (Phillip), Mickey Howard (Kenneth), Towanna Knight (Jimmy), Jerry Randall Wooddell (Tammy) and Ramone Wooddell (Michelle). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews, extended family.
