He is survived by : his wife Charlotte Harper of Mauk, GA; his son Keith; his daughter-in-law Allison Harper of Clermont, GA; his granddaughters, Emily Harper and Ashlyn Harper; his sister Jeanie; and his brother-in-law Denny Gaskin of Evergreen, AL.. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Way-Watson Funeral Home (1052 Dr Deryl Hart Rd, Buena Vista, GA 31803). A funeral service was held on Sunday, May 19th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
