He is survived by : his wife Nicole; his stepchildren, Zoey Ciepiela (Rafal) and Chase Forrester; his parents, Ali Bahrami (Mitra) and Deborah Mendoza (Robert); his siblings, Tara Gardner (Rob), Bezhan and Nikki; and his stepsiblings, Bahar Tafreshi (Shawn) and Amir Ali Etemadieh (Kelsey). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
