He is survived by: his daughter Lisa; his grandson John Michael (Vicki Wall); his sister Claudia Leach; his nieces, Melanie Halski (Lew) and Laura Westbrooks; his nephew Casey Westbrooks (Lori); and his daughter-in-law Felicia Baker.
