She is survived by: her children, James Marvin Dowdy of Peachtree Corners, GA, John Gregory Dowdy of Maysville, GA, Johnnie Kaythern (Kay) Peoples (Tom) of Jefferson, GA and Jinger Rae Gale (Mike) of Pensacola, FL. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
