She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Wilbur Johnson and Nellie Dennie Johnson; and her husband Wayne Dole. She is survived by : her children, Vanessa Guillory of Texas, Karen Phillips of Maysville, Bobby Phillips of Jefferson, Daniel Phillips (Romona) of Cleveland and Anthony Phillips (Tracy) of Jefferson. She is also survived by Twenty-one grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.
